I stayed again at this convenient location. I was glad to see Ehab once more at the front desk, who was always ready to be of assistance. On this trip I also got a helpful suggestion from Derrick, the night auditor, about a late night food option. It was the right call. I'll be back.

I liked everything.

My room didn't have a microwave.

Why don’t you all use mattress covers? The mattress was dirty and it was completely falling apart on the bottom- the bottom of the mattress was just denigrating foam. So gross!!

So clean and quiet place.

I checked in with no problems and when I got to my room I found the toilet was full of toilet paper. I flushed the toilet and the water rose and I tried a second time before it almost overflowed. A disgustingly start to my trip. Thankfully I was able to get a new room and a free breakfast but I will never return to this hotel. Second room was nice.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Things I would change 1 Pull out sofa in king suit very very hard like being on the floor hard. 2. Shower very slow to drain which always makes me wonder about cleanliness as how can you clean when tub does not drain? 3. Accessibility- I had a room with bathroom rails and a tub bench with higher toilet, but bed and other furniture very low- not accessible. 4. King mattress on bed smaller than the platform it sits and slides on. Hit my foot twice on the protruding corners. Would address this also.
