"An OK Hotel"

I like this hotel but the service at breakfast is truly awful. It's either too busy so nowhere to sit or it's empty and the staff are in the bar having a chat so there's no service. The front of desk staff are very professional but this doesn't extend to the "restaurant" service staff. In the immediate vicinity I prefer IN Hotel

"My first trip to Belgrade"

From the shuttle driver that picked me up from the airport to the young lady cleaning my room the staff was the friendliest I've ever met. The hotel was immaculate, every inch of it. The staff assisted with any questions I had and were always kind, considerate and willing to help in anyway. There were no issue with my room at all, it was comfortable and clean. Thank you to each and everyone you helped in making my first (but not last) visit to Belgrade memorable. Marie

"Good business hotel, but not ideal for tourism"

The quality is as you would expect for the brand. And very helpful staff. But area a little too quiet if you're also looking to do a bit of tourism.

"Very affordable and comfortable"

I had an issue with a shipment to the hotel and the staff went out of their way to assist.Food was EXCELLENT (breakfast which I had in the hotel) and overall much better than many hotels I stay in USA or in Europe.

"Close to Telenor"

It was good, the hotel is nice, staff are friendly, breakfast is good with nice varieties. Gym was small and didn't contain the minimum equipment needed for a bodybuilder. The air conditioner was so bad you cannot control the temperature.
