Holiday Inn Belgrade, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is quite isolated, you need a taxi to go to City Centre for example although its not so far away ( 5Km ). Good price per night considering the comfort and standard of the hotel.

Great location (you are around 10 minutes away from any "important" spot in the city - downtown and its walking zones, sports and entertaining venues, both rivers with all the entertainment, shopping centers, airport, etc.); large, nice and bright, very clean rooms; friendly, cordial, very efficient and professional staff; excellent food and room service... Simply, the gem!

I was in over two dozen Holiday Inns in the states and BY FAR this was the best hotel in this chain. It felt if we (my wife, 3 kids, and mother in law) were staying in one of the higher end hotels... The rooms were big and comfortable, central heating/cooling was working great (as opposed in many HI in US), the service was outstanding (as if they were competing who was going to be nicer to us), food in the restaurant very good and low cost. Location is close to the airport and taxi service to downtown Belgrade (Saint Marc Church) was very chip (<8$), thus there is no need to use your own car. In my previous stays in Serbia I was reluctant to spend the night before my flight in Belgrade due to the uncertainty about the accommodation for my kids, but after this trip this concern is there no more.

the hotel was perfect, except for the location. It requires a bus trip to the center of Belgrade, which is not bad, but not pleasant

Decent hotel in the middle of nowhere. There is a very good supermarket just across the street and good restaurant (Novak Djokovic's) within a walking distance. Otherwise just one super large housing estate around. And as usual, smokers present in the bar.

Very good hotel - if you're not fussed about being a bit out of the city centre

The Hotel was nice, and staff at the hotel were very friendly, polite and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. Wifi connection throughout the room was great. The hotel was located a little out of town; there is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or things to see, apart from a supermarket across the road. However the hotel is only is only a short (5-7 min) drive into the city. Overall a pleasant stay.
