Most of the staff were excellent. One of the waiters was abit off with one of the group. The reception and breakfast staff were excellent. Looks a fairly newish property Rooms were clean, shower was good

Booked my 75 year old father a room at the hotel not knowing it was under construction. When he arrived he was advised that to get to the reception desk he would have to go up 2 flights of stairs, which with his low mobility he was unable to do. They did not want to refund us the money. Very disappointing!

"2 night business trip"

Decent hotel close to airport (20 mins) and my company office. About 600 RSD (€4) for 10 minute taxi to city centre. 1500 dinar from airport to hotel / 2000 for hotel to airport. Complimentary bottle of water in room. Mini fridge (not stocked / empty - but good for storing your own stuff). Didn’t eat in restaurant - had outside meetings. Staff friendly and quick check in/out.

The Holiday Inn Belgrade is a very clean and comfortable hotel. As someone who travels frequently, I have grown to care a lot about the quality of the bed and pillows at the hotels I stay in. The Holiday Inn Belgrade gets high marks in this department. The staff was polite and spoke excellent English. The only down side is that there is not much within waking distance of the hotel.

Really friendly reception staff - helpful with local suggestions etc. Hotel was a little out fo town - but is only 600-800 RSD taxi to the centre.
