Everything was more than perfect!!! Frindly and polite staff, great service, delicious breakfast and clean rooms.. This was my second stay in this hotel and I will come again, for sure… Greetings to all staff, especially to Bojana and Martina from the reception desk!

"Not a 4 star hotel at all! Stay away"

I thought this was a 4 star hotel but it is definitely not. Our room wasn’t cleaned and when we called the reception at 6pm we have been told that the housekeeping stopped working we said ok mistakes can happen and asked for clean towels but they said we should come to reception and get it. I didn’t know they would have no staff .. it was better for us to stay Airbnb instead .. stay away..

Called several times to change booking, every time was unable to speak to any one in reservation dept. They kept on promising someone will call back but no one did. They need to improve on such things as people are travelling from outside country and may have change in plans. The response from their resevration desk is pathetic

Great staff and location. The staff is exceptional. The hotel is clean. The food is excelent and very tasty. The hotel has a very good location especially if you are coming because of the business purposes.

Amazing hotel very close to autobahn welcoming from reception is excellent. Room and shower spotlessly clean. Bed is very comfy. I can certainly recommend.

"Basic Hotel with a Friendly Staff"

The hotel is located conveniently for those travelling by car as it is just a minute away from the main highway connecting Belgrade with Nis and Novi Sad. It is clean. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is good. Parking the car is absolutely easy and free of charge. The property needs a refurbishment but the price is just right for what you get.

This hotel is only about 8 miles from the airport. So very convenient for late evening arrivals. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was great and specious one queen bed, the central air, and clean. Breakfast was great with American filter coffee, breads, and typical European cold cuts servings.
