Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kochi

We recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and overall we really liked the property. The ambience is beautiful, and the pool area is especially nice and relaxing. The food was also very good and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, on the day of check-in we faced a couple of issues. The toilet got blocked, and although we informed the staff, no one came to check it. We understand that such issues can happen, but a quicker response would have been appreciated. The room door also got jammed and was not functioning properly, but the staff attended to it and fixed it within an hour. Other than these inconveniences, everything else was good and we had a pleasant experience overall.

We, regrettably, only had one night to spend at this beautiful property. It is on the lake and that together with its awesome pool and fountain provides an array of water experiences. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The staff were so helpful. We got a call after we got into our room wanting to know if we were satisfied with our room and if we needed anything. We had dinner at the “Pearl Spot”, the seafood restaurant on site. My husband ordered the seafood platter and the waiter told him it was large enough for two. We shared it and it was delicious! When we ordered it, we were told it would take longer for it to be prepared, but we enjoyed the open air and view the restaurant offered so the wait. did not seem so long. We enjoyed the great variety of the buffet-style breakfast which can be purchased if it is not included with your room rate. I would have loved to have had the time to spend a week here. I highly recommend it.

Excellent front desk (the three female receptionists were incredibly helpful). Absolutely superb. Recommended some amazing dinner places and also to shop. Breakfast was top notch. Property is beautiful and rooms are big spacious and comfortable. Everything is good.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at the property. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people with an extra bed. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool — it was a highlight of our stay. I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement. While the food presentation was good, the taste was average compared to our expectations. Additionally, although the dishes were placed on the table, there was no one assisting with serving the food onto plates. Since we were a small group of three, having someone help with serving would have enhanced the dining experience. I also observed that the property does not appear to be designed with accessibility in mind. For example, guests with physical challenges may find it difficult to move around, as there are steps in many areas. Improving accessibility features would make the hotel more inclusive and welcoming to all guests. These are shared purely as constructive suggestions. This is a wonderful property, and with some enhancements in service and accessibility, it has the potential to become truly top-notch.

Reception staff did there utmost to meet our expectations. We came to this hotel after good recommendations from our Australian friends. But initially disappointed on the room given and when we explained our need they gave beautiful rooms with good view of pool and the lake eventhough it is a very busy day for them with a large wedding group

A wonderful property a bit away from the city centre. Magnificent ambience, neat and tidy room and bathroom, delicious food, and above all very supportive staff. No negatives, 5/5. Thoroughly enjoyed, will definitely return. Purushothaman Kottayam

Great stay with great views of the backwaters and great rooms! The only downside was the food which was not upto the mark.

Great 5 star hotel with staff friendly attentive and service was faultless. Food was exceptional whether off the menu or buffet both great tasting food. Good location and nice pool aswell. Great bedrooms with complimentary bottled water.

Overall, Ramada combines comfort, hospitality, and world‑class facilities into a truly authentic Kerala stay.
