The hotel is clean and service is quick. The staff are friendly and attentive to ensuring a great stay, which it is. The location is decent; I think it's a bit far from the markets for those who want to shop, at least half an hour from the hotel.There's a seafood restaurant; it's a truly wonderful experience.The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the place and the tranquility.The rooms are clean, comfortable, and of acceptable quality.

"Perfect Weekend"

We had an amazing experience at Ramada Resort Kochi last weekend. It's a perfect place to unwind with family to escape chaotic life. As soon as we reached we were greeted with warm welcome and soothing drinks perfect to end a long journey. The ambience of the property was very relaxing and calm. The rooms were spacious, asthetic and everything one could ask for a perfect staycation( with an amazing lake view and swimming pool view). On above everything it's extremely baby Friendly. They offered customized baby food as per our requests which made it very stress free for us. Just one phone call and the staff would be at the door with the requested service. All the staffs were extremely friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant (buffet) was splendid. From north indian cuisines to chinese and mexican we had it all. It was delicious and relishing. Our little baby loved the ambience of the resort with a lake side view and the swimming pool , we sat at our balcony whilst sipping hot coffee and great finger food enjoying a fuss free baby because of the view
