A very nice hotel, western in feel and quality, but also very Indian. Food is excellent, lots of choice, with an 80/20 mix of Indian v global cuisine. Grounds and public areas very clean. Beautiful location, but not much in immediate area.

Amazing view, awesome spa, one of the best food I ever had, the whole experience was so so good, the staffs so kind and helpful, breathe taking view and a very large pool, kerela food is so good, I stayed for 4 nights really want to come back again, good gym and very fast laundry service

Nice rooms. Well maintained surroundings, pool, bar and friendly staffs. Check in and check out procedures were quick. The food was tasty. Magician Robin at the restaurant kept us engaged till the food arrived!! It will be a great option for a staycation

Beautiful property and the staff was absolutely a delight. We stayed at the cottage with the pool view. everything was clean and perfectly manicured. The ayurveda consultation and massages were great also. The staff at the ayurveda center was amazing. We loved the food and really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic overall experience I would love to visit this place again in future. I have no complaints whatsoever. Steongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy kochi. All food served in the restaurant were authentic, with the superb ambience, everything was just perfect

Friendly Staff, clean and good food, secure. Big Hooray to Paulous our driver simply the best in all India A big cheer to George the Barman so Friendly and entertaining. Also commend the ladies at reception cheerful and efficient. Thank you for a great stay.

First thing first- The view from lake & pool cottage rooms is to die for. 😍 The normal rooms are average with limited or no view. We stayed for 3 nights out of which 2 nights we booked Luxury room and 1 night cottage. They have a continental restaurant “Fennel” which serves delicious food. We being vegetarians got enough options to eat out there be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please do ask for server name Jinu out there. His service and hospitality was exceptional. He went out of his way to carter to all our demands and also made special arrangements keeping in mind our dietary restrictions. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and helpful.Overall the experience was fab. Only if the receptionists would have agreed to give us a good deal, we were willing to cancel our return flight and extend the stay by 1 more night.

Very pleasant

You do not find happiness on the faces of any of the employees including manager. In room experience is like a my college hostel with rules . As example, if you want to use a towel then you need to read set of lines. Like wise half the will make your attention to theor highlighted news letter. For second time visitor it is very good. Food is excellent with reduced spices , and salt . It is not a complete resort.
