"Ramada Resort Kochi"

I stayed in Ramada resort kochi for two nights. it was pleasant stay, nice and helpful staff I stayed at a cottage in the resort but be aware not all cottages are facing the swimming pool , there are a couple of them are not . Although all cottages are facing the backwaters. Room was big but the decor needs to be updated. This resort had seen a better days. Breakfast was good with more choices. The staff at the reception were friendly and even arranged a taxi for me to go and visit a friend in Pala , and also arranged a transfer to the airport. The swimming pool area was nice clean and good view of the backwaters. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort although it was a bit out of town and not much to do or see outside the resort and no nearby shops or eateries. But if you want to stay somewhere where it is quiet and peaceful then this would be the place.

We conducted our son's destination wedding event here. Starting from planning to concluding the event to our and our guests' delight, the Ramada Kochi team gave its 100%. Boarding & Lodging for guests, the wedding sites and the Kerala sadyas were delivered with excellence, hygiene and taste. Excellent service quality and flexibility of the resort Management, banquet manager and all others involved added to a great experience. We recommend this resort for an awesome experience.

"Extremelt disappointing Ramada stay."

Terrible experience. Disappointing from a supposed 5 star hotel. Hotel needs upgrading and some quality management. At least 5 significant issues raised and Mgr agreed with them but made only only perfunctory apology and did not make anything right with us. Suggest you go elsewhere. The GM could use guest relations training .
