"We were overall delighted"

The breakfast and the service was exceptional

I exited the building towards the pool and my key wouldn’t allow me back into my building “6” or thru any other entry doors . Finally someone allowed me into door 4. My key card worked well on the exterior door #6 from the parking lot but not on any other entry door. I was stuck in the center pool area thinking I’d have to find another way out.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The location was really good with a really nice gift shop on the premises with good quality clothing etc. It was in an excellent location and the beds were very comfy.

They did not offer free breakfast and the food in the dining room was not inexpensive and the quality of the food was less than par. We were disappointed with the restaurant, we are big fans of Holiday Inn and this was not our usual experience with their dining.

The room was clean and most of the stay was ok. When we checked-in the front desk lady was extremely rude. Walking through the glass doors she was irritated she had to wait on us.
