Perfect location to cardiff castle and the town centre. Staff were incredibly helpful with all the questions and problems that arose, solving them very quickly. Breakfast was incredibly nice as well. We also managed to get parking which was lovely.

The holiday inn car park is managed by a third party company meaning if you pay at their kiosk you pay double the price than if you pay at the hotel’s reception, its very misleading and you lose a bunch of money/
