Very helpful staff. Star prize to Isabella, who organised 2 specials for my wife at breakfast (lightly fried egg, gluten-free porridge with cream) Good sound insulation, no disturbance from concert of crowds.

Duvet was heavy but surprisingly not very warm. Price seemed high (but we had unknowingly booked for the night of pop concert at Millenium stadium)
