Large room, not crowded. Rooms had toiletries. Good selection at breakfast. Didn't have time to use pool/hot tub but looked nice. Clean

3 of us shared the room. First guest went to take a shower and the water was luke warm. 30 seconds into shower, water turned cold. Cold water was shut off. Hot water not hot. 2 of us couldn't shower before our days events.

The room was large.and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas I also loved the amount of outlets for charging multiple devices at the same time.

I loved everything about the hotel but the girl.wgo checked us in could have been more friendly.

Don’t give me wrong The stay was OK but the whole reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, which was from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out out of order when I went to confront the front desk about it Miss. Melissa was very nice and she understood that I came from a different hotel different brand and everything and we were just chatting most of the time. My issue is not with Miss Melissa. My issue is with the general manager because I’ve emailed him multiple times and it only took me going through the reward system and then contacting him for me to even get a ““ response of what he said, and he basically said that he was not gonna accommodate my request anymore, which I feel is very disrespectful very rude because the whole reason I booked this hotel in general was because they offered a hot tub and after strenuous months like literal months of working your butt off, it was my birthday as well I feel like I’ve been very disrespected I’ve never basically said I don’t care about a guest i’ve been real patient. I’ve been lenient with this hotel because I understand that we get slammed in multiple different ways and I wasn’t gonna listen to the other reviews that said that the customer service is shot and whatever because I know that sometimes people lie, but now they witness the first hand I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I recommend that you guys never stay at this hotel again because the room was nice but the whole pool issue it really rubbed me the wrong way in the fact that I’d rather be compensated than to get points for a Day that should’ve been celebratedand I should be accommodated in that fact is really disrespectful because I took an hour and a half of my time to get to this hotel to enjoy the pool. Enjoy my birthday weekend and actually relax and I feel like now that I’ve gotten back I’m more stressed than ever not to mention that they were very nice when I brought the issue to them and they offered me $50 but I feel like that is not enough for the amount of money that I spent on this hotel I could go to a hotel at least respect me enough to give me a reply when I have an issue then one that’ll completely ignore you until you get a higher up power involved so all in all Miss Melissa she gets five stars for me. A general manager gets zero stars for me, the hotel, staff and housekeeping they were very good and they cleaned the room in between my stay which wasn’t necessary, but I greatly appreciate they get a five star. He does not even get my respect because he is not general manager enough to talk to me through email like I’ve been trying to contact him so he gets no respect and I really hope that you guys take this into consideration because this is very upsetting. This is very troubling and like I said I work at a hotel my general manager is on top of every complaint that comes our way and tries to justify it or at least rectified to a customer satisfaction. The fact that he took no measures in that regard is a red flag for me and the fact that I will never stay at this hotel again.
