虽然是座老五星酒店，设施有些老，住了一周时间，感觉宾至如归。非常值得表扬的是服务人员非常友善，主动问好，负责清洁的李玲美热情亲切，照顾到很细微的需求，还有三楼健身房的梅姐，去健身忘了一件衣服，回到家理东西才发现，试着打电话去找找看，没想到梅姐保管得好好的，还洗得香喷喷地快递给我，真是非常感动！

房间门后面有个当门的地钉，很容易绊倒脚。另外下雨的时候，卫生间地漏的味道也很大。
