Zhao guo did a really good job cleaning my room and giving me extra water when I needed it.

This is a very nice hotel, in a pleasant location. The staff is great, the rooms are elegant and well equipped, the lounge with view on the mountains is perfect for a day of work (and thanks a lot to the lounge staff who got a phone charger delivered to me!) The pool is perfect for actual swimming.

The breakfast was not good. The first room I got smelled of smoke, but the staff promptly found another room and it was perfect.

The location was good. We used taxi's as they were very cheap. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Concierge was very helpful. Lovely view of the city from our room and bathroom. Variety of restaurants very close to our hotel.

We had 4 in a room, 2 double beds which were quite small.

It is the second time we selected to live in this hotel. It is the best hotel in Zhongguancun

It has been a great experience. Check-in was fast and staff are very friendly. The cleaning staff for my floor is extremely helpful and nice. Her name is Yuqin Guo. I am very thankful.

The mini playground facility at the breakfast is very noisy.

It is not clean. There is cockroach in the room. The air conditioner is bad, it is very hot inside the room, we have reported this issue to the staff but they thought our room is cool enough. However we thought we breathe so hard as there is not much fresh air too.
