Excellent and helpful staffs, close to the subway and easy to get anywhere in Beijing. Room is clean and sound proofed. The front desk staffs are very help and nice. Definitely will stay again next time.

"Oasis in Beijing"

The spa area and pool were wonderful after long days of meetings. Also, the staff was very helpful with advice and assistance for how to get to sightseeing spots and asking for cars when necessary. I especially thank Álvaro Liu and Marina at the buffet for their warm welcome and service. I also liked the range of pillows to choose from.

Nothing. It was a really a great stay - highly recommended.

Staff were friendly, trying to help whenever required.

Price was high. Breakfast was very fair & limited. No room service after 9 !! The hotel is missing Crowne Plaza Standard. Very few Staff speaks English.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza in Zhongguancun! The room was really comfortable and was a very convenient five minute walk from the subway station. We enjoyed the size of the room and view from one of the top floors. The service was also fantastic.
