It was great

The cleanness and the friendly staff. I love the hot tub and the pool area.

My trip was pretty amazingly awesome. Most of the staff were incredible, huge shout out to Tracy, Hailey, Megan and the other kitchen personnel. Hailey checked us in and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was courteous, helpful and friendly. Next, we met Tracy on the overnight shift, very sweet. She was willing to answer any questions and made my night by telling me about what I could look forward to with breakfast, omg potatoes ( no hotel offers those every morning), next she tells me every Wednesday I can have biscuits and gravy(stole my heart andstomach)! I will definitely come back, just for the hospitality and the amenities! The hot tub was fantastic! It lights up and changes colors(never saw that at a hotel, and the pool was fabulous. I love that they are both indoors (I get sunburned in 20 minutes, so a HUGE PLUS on being inside. The courtyard was peaceful and at night and relaxing. The evening social was a great touch, especially on taco bar night, they were delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. The free parking is a great perk nowadays with many hotels trying to get that extra buck. One negative was there were only 2 handicap parking spots and I can't always walk that far and my second negative was I wish there were walk in showers (personal preference and I would feel safer if I fell down in there). One thing you could add, especially in the summer would be a fresh smoothie bar and I'd consider moving in...

Great location

Hotel was excellent and would stay again. However, booking thru Expedia, room was stayes to have 2 queen beds in single room but were only full size. Suite only had 1 small fry pan, 2 forks,knives and 3 spoons, so we spent more eating out than expected.

Our check-in was quick and seamless. We definitely will be coming back. Enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

Our room got someone trying to forcefully break in during the night. We were lucky that lock was enforced inside the door. We did call Rocklin police to the hotel.

The room was spacious, contemporary and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

the hotel is just awesome

While I appreciate the staff. Very friendly. The cleaning needs to improve. I didn’t take pictures, but noticed the bathroom doors kinda dirty. I guess that’s not a very big deal. Then I noticed there was a receipt under the dresser drawer. I thought it was mine. When I went to pick it up I saw it wasn’t. It was from another guest Housekeeping came by while I was out and tidy up. However they didn’t replace the towels they took. I didn’t leave any on the floor. I wasn’t expecting them. While I did notice, I shed a lot I’m embarrassed to say. And I could see my hair still on the floor. So they didn’t bother to sweep up. I’m curious, how often they do sweep since the receipts were there from previous guests. Bathroom shower toiletries fell off the wall and was just sitting on the tub . I had to keep bending to use. It’s a low rim, so that wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel.
