Me and my family have been going to this same hotel for the last seven years spending $3000 every year and we always book our reservation seven months ahead of time one day before going to pay our reservation One of the workers named Jessica called me with a very disrespectful attitude, accusing me and my family of making A mess in the cafeteria and complaining about my service dog for my disabled children which they knew about and never said one thing about it. after explaining to her that I already made this reservation months of head and not once did anybody say anything they said I could no longer come there and I said this is messed up. We made reservations ahead of time. Nobody said anything about it and everything she was accusing us of Was 100% Incorrect after that she placed me on hold and she got back and said I apologize for yelling and coming at you with an attitude, I said as a manager or whoever you are at the hotel, you should probably talk to people better and not harass people on things that never happened. She then said she will let it slide that we can stay there and we said fair enough. We ended up getting there and not only that they kept charging more than what we were quoted for the whole time we were staying there. On July 6 I told them that I would like to use my 70,000 reward points for the 7th and 10th of July. Later that night on July 6 my wife went down to get some toilet paper because we ran out and brought some of my kids with her.. then the general manager Chasity pulled my wife to the side and accused her of leaving bottles with urine in them Last time we stayed which is 100% a lie because they have a bathroom in the hotel and nobody’s gonna pee in bottles and leave them in a hotel room. They emailed me saying that they did it in a professional manner but in reality, they were harassing my wife just like they harassed me on the phone of accusations that never happened. We then called the main corporate office told them what was going on and that we would like our rewards back and our money because we were continually being harassed and we would like to check out on July 7th They sent the investigation to the same general manager, Chasity and the other manager Jessica, obviously those two women are gonna make up, lies and say they never harassed us and never did anything of the sort to make themselves look better and possibly make sure they don’t lose their job because in reality those women should not have a job there especially the way they harass customers at this hotel. Then on July 9, when we already checked out on July 7 which was paid by rewards they decided to charge us another $530.. we then kept calling the main corporate office and they said that they need to take care of this. They should refund the money and everything because that is unacceptable. They then emailed me and said that they never said anything did not harass anybody and due to us turning them in, they banned us again for good. Unfortunately, for them, I record the conversation when they called me and accused us and harassed us the first time, and my wife recorded the conversation when they put her in the corner and harassed her and made false claims. It’s unfortunate because some of the other employees have known our family because like I said, we’ve been going there for years and they knew what was going on and they told us that should never have happened and that they were very sorry I will not put their names on here because I’m afraid that these people that are working for this company will probably retaliate against them and make something up and try to get them fired. So for anybody thinking about staying at this hotel, it would probably be in your best interest to find another one so you don’t have to go through this so they don’t overcharge you and harass you.

The rooms were worth the price but the key cards were not working during my stay for 3 days so it was frustrating and very inconvenient

One of my best hotel stays in recent memory. Checking was a breeze. The location can be a little confusing but trust the gps lol. Staff was very helpful, room was clean and easy access to the parking. Breakfast foods were the common stuff but well done and fresh.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! literally behind all the shopping stores.(walking distance) Great service. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was really good. Room was really nice. Great area! The property is pretty.

We always like staying at Staybridge. It’s always comfortable, convenient and we like the kitchens.
