Pullman Beijing South - Newly Renovated

This is my second visit to Beijing, and this time I choose to live here. The service at the front desk is not bad. Every time I enter or pass by, morning or night, the staff here are very friendly and smile at me. It makes me feel good. Thanks to Alvin for his great service, especially for helping me find out where the nearest shopping center is so That I can get what I need faster.

No member benefits introduction when Check in. Platinum or diamond should argue for free breakfast and also no welcome gifts in your room. Room is clean but the windows are locked. What terribly is I can't modify the work mode of the air conditioning.

Nice and clean with fantasic beds and superb breakfast.

This property is everything a business traveler needs. It's central to the BDA high tech district, 10 min walk from 2 Metro stops on Yizhuang line. 30 min taxi to new Daxing Airport. Breakfast is excellent, staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Han's Plaza is 5 min walk, plenty of quality restaurants, coffees, pubs, and shopping. Don't bother staying anywhere else.

The stay was very good. Excellent Service. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was friendly All the time. I enyoyed the lounge for Business travellers, which Provided buisiness Support, afternoon tea as well

It is wonderful service, room’s cleaning and waiter’s attitude also perfect. I recommend this hotel for all of you who come to Beijing. You will feel relaxing, and happiness here. It is the excellent choice.

部屋は広くて、設備もきれい。ほかの席が空いているのに、朝食時に知らばい人が目の前に相席した。係員の誘導が必要だった。

When I stay in the Pullman Beijing. South The concierge desk give me a huge help because I m first time to come to China Beijing somebody give me advice where can I eat and the view of Beijing so I want say Thank you everybody I will come again

Advertised as a 5 Star Western style hotel - it just isn’t. I sent a colleague there to check in during a recent stay in Beijing and after a lot of confusion, arguing and general misunderstanding I had to make a new reservation and move the colleague to a different hotel nearby. Staff just could not communicate. I have worked in Beijing for twenty five years now and know that sometimes it can be a little challenging for all with language and cultural differences, but I’ve never before had to cancel a reservation because of it. Finally the hotel took a payment of RMB6000 (about £600) as deposit and so far have refused to reply to the question of refunding it.
