"High quality service in the hotel"

I love this hotel. The rooms are spacious yet getting a bit old fashion. The Executive Lounge is in a good location, on the eighteenth floor, with a wide view. The staff are friendly, warm and efficient. They speak both Mandarin & English which made communicating so much faster. And thanks for their help, I quickly got what I needed to print in the business center.

I find pleasant and comfortable living there. The Pullman is a good place for me to take a break from my business trip. The room was very clean and the cleaner was very nice. Internet speed in the hotel is ok, and download speed is very fast. The food was delicious, and thanks to Gloria's friendly service, I had a great time at the Executive Lounge. I will stay at your hotel again next time.

Clean hotel Excellent room service , although the swimming pool is closed due maintenance till next year , taxi booking service is possible from dront desk , and also there is a subway station 10 minutes away from the hotel

Location good, it has a large shopping center nearby, room very clean and spacious. The sound insulation inside is not bad.The layout of the room was reasonable, and a lot of the things I needed were in a visible position. I feel very convenient and comfortable living here. The service here is professional. And the staff is friendly and their service with smile makes me feel good^ _ ^
