There was 2 days where we got no room service and had to go to front desk to complain.

It’s a good hotel and the place is quiet.

The hotel is well managed. The staff is courteous and attentive. Check in and check out efficient. The rate I chose included breakfast which was served in an adjacent building. The food was good, with two different Filipino dishes each morning. The coffee was good, and eggs available on request. Rooms are clean and good size. However, the water temperature in the bathroom was not good, it was not hot, only luke warm. We mentioned this to management, but that did not improve.

Very disappointed. Overall rating. I have to for hours to get checked in. The staff is very rud. I spoke the lunges and still misunderstanding. I complain regarding AC but no one responds to my request.

It was good however the pool was not as clean as expected. The water smells like an old metal. The food served was like eating in a sidewalk food cart. The hotel staffs are excellent though. I would love to check in again in the future but I hope they consider my comments about the pool and their food.
