Microtel Inn by Wyndham Cabanatuan

We were pleasantly surprised that our booking was honoured. When we called them on our way there, they informed us that the room that I booked for 4 people can only accommodate 2 due to current government restrictions. When I asked them to check the booking, they honoured it. However, there are only 2 towels, almost no shampoo/body wash. Signal was bad, making it difficult for me to do stuff for my work. But overall for a family vacation, this hotel is good.

It was good

The air condition in my room was very noisy. I was too tired to change room so I turned off the air condition. There were mosquitoes in the lobby. The reception staff were friendly.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean, good location

Very helpful staff. My husband forgot his cell while charging in the hotel lobby. The staff phoned my brother ( my contact) to let him know that they have his cell. It will be nice to have soap dispenser beside the sink.

Good customer service

We arrived at the hotel around 3PM but there’s no towel and toothbrush provided inside the room. We had to call the housekeeping to ask for those stuff. It’s quite ok because I know that November 1 is really a peak day for the hotel..but they have enough time to prepare the room since we checked in late so I guess they should complete all the important things inside. We stayed in room 221 and the toilet flush was not working so we had to contact them again to fix it. Overall, our stay was fine.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and it’s always a good experience. The price is good value as well.

Good accomodation and the pool is not too crowded but needs to ensure that its always clean
