"Great location with clean & comfortable, but dated room"

We unexpectedly got upgraded to the Marquess of Ormonde Suite, which was a very happy surprise! The location was incredibly central, right by the castle and the river. The breakfast was good and varied.

The hotel felt rather dated and could do with being freshened up a bit. No A/C made it hard to sleep, but the supplied fan together with an open balcony door helped. Some of the staff seemed to be sleepwalking at breakfast and could have been a bit more attentive. Parking was incredibly tight.
