Magnolia Pointe by Palmetto Vacations

Nothing!!!! It was a terrible vacation you will see from the pictures!!!

As I stated in my earlier conversations with your staff, I am extremely disappointed with the conditions of our stay at 4820 Magnolia Pointe Drive, units 303 and 302. The units are in unsafe and unsanitary condition, far below the standards expected from a professional resort, and the handling of the situation by your staff has left my family feeling disregarded and uncomfortable during what should have been a stress-free vacation. We arrived at Unit 303 Thursday August 14th around 7pm. Upon entry we observed there were crumbs left on the dining room table, the sofa and pull-out sofa were covered in stains, crumbs, and dirt, the master bathroom toilet seat was dirty, and the front bathroom shower was unclean. Most concerning of all, when I inspected the beds, I found two pillows with dried blood stains. I immediately contacted Palmetto Vacation Rentals via text and received notification that the office was close and I would be contacted shortly. Friday August 15th around 9am I spoke to Max the housekeeping manager about the condition of the rooms, he assured me housekeeping would address my concerns. I placed those pillows on the floor near the closet, as discussed with Max, so housekeeping would know to remove them. Yet when we returned, those same pillows were placed back on the bed as if nothing had been done. I had to remove them myself and put them in the closet. Unit 302 was no better. The TV in the living room does not work. The master bathroom shower curtain was dirty and showed signs of mold from moisture. The refrigerator does not stay cold, the bottom rubber piece is hanging off, and there was visible dirt on the floor in front of it when opened. Both sinks in the bathrooms do not drain properly. The closet doors are broken, and one almost fell on my granddaughter while she was putting her clothes away. The living room light switch is broken and filthy, the blinds are broken and missing multiple slats, and the carpet is badly stained with a foul odor.

Everything was Everything. Our stay was pleasant

The battery didn't work and slow flushing toilet. Asked for king king-size bed and got a queen.

They need to update kitchen appliances

Our Master Bedroom had issues it needs Curtains the Room was so Bright when the Sun Rises we couldn’t Sleep in…and the Toilet made Loud Noises when flushed…

Location, two rooms two full bath full kitchen living and dining room cheaper than a hotel

It wasn’t really clean, ants, didn’t provide towels and wash cloths had to bring my own on top of trash bags and extra linen !
