Magnolia Pointe by Palmetto Vacations

Enjoyed the stay. The only negative experience (out of the control of the service), I stayed on the second floor and the day after arriving, the visitors on the third floor were extremely loud.

We only needed a place for 2 nights. This place was located perfectly for what we needed. The grounds are beautiful and view was so peaceful. The only problems we came across were; the rugs were very dirty - big dark spots all over - needs a good shampooing, one of the panels on the screened porch was broken, there was only 1 roll of tp in each bath, no hairdryer. But the place is very spacious for a family!!

Upon arrival we thought we checked in to a nice and clean condo. Not so. After looking around further, we noticed the carpets were filthy and there was trash in corners. Furniture had burn marks. Light bulbs were burnt out, ceiling fan had no chain to start it. No soap was in any restrooms. The mattresses were utterly disgusting. The patio screen door was broken so we could not use it The bedroom closet door was broken so could not use that either. During our stay, a large loud party checked in next door and ruined our last night of sleep. While my husband and I were in the pool, the security guy walked through every 10 minutes but where was security when all this noise was going on? This is our third time booking through PV and our last they add an absurd amount to advertised rates for "cleaning fees". That is a rip off because we have yet to get a clean room. I am done with this scam and will look elsewhere. At the least, we should be refunded these cleaning fees. It's a fraud and nothing more.

Needs to improve king size bed, two beds put together kept sliding apart at night and one was higher than the otherror. Couches and condo need to be sanitized more frequently to rid insects.

When we finally arrived at our condo after waiting two hours.. a worker knocked on the door and told us he was called to shampoo the floors. To myself I said wasn't that suppose to be done already... we didn't notice we didn't have pillow covers until it was time for bed. The couches looked dinghy. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location. Check in time of 3pm - 5pm on a saturday needs to be longer, especially since we traveled from Delaware. Traffic conditions could easily make you miss that window. The bedrooms needed curtains, shades did not block out the morning sun. The pools were great and the security staff were very pleasant to deal with. Carpets could use a shampoo. Close to ripken myrtle beach, the beach and Broadway at the beach.

I always enjoy my stay here. This was my 3rd visit and I enjoyed it. Will be back soon!

Stayed several days to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Coastal Carolina. Wanted a place where several families could hang out...this was perfect! Lots more room to relax than a hotel and reasonably priced. The condo was spacious and clean. only thing missing was a box of Kleenex! We definitely will return.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. The rates per night were excellent; however, the taxes and fees are straight ridiculous! I would definitely stay again and if possible would request the same unit. Well decorated and maintained. Great view of the golf course. A short drive to Broadway on the Beach and other fun places.
