Incheon Airport Hotel June

Its located at 15 mins from Incheon airport in a area full of many hotels, mall, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious but old. The bathroom has shower, bath tub and all facilities. The TV has few english options and Basement 1 has restaurant. In the cost charged by the hotel, you may get a better deal. Go only if no other choice available. However connectivity i good and the staff is friendly.

Booked room for 9 hour lay-over between flights at Inchon airport. Received e-mail confirmation. Once at airport, was told by airport staff that I could 8 did not have a room reserved. When I spoke to hotel staff via phone I was told the same thing and that I could not book a room at that time. Only when I asked how to get my money back for the room I had was already confirmed to have reserved was I allowed to continue processing through the airport and given a room. While at the hotel and departing for to continue my trip, the hotel staff conduct were exemplary.

Late arrival in seoul combined with an early departure from Incheon. Then it is THE best choice you can do. Other than this situation, avoid. Noisy, no service . But the best if you have an early flight to avoid trafic and sleep longer.

My son and I stayed one night at this hotel for a one night stop over. While the facilities are a bit dated, it was very comfortable and conveniently located. Free shut next morning was really efficient and no fuss.

Airport facilities include free showers & includes fresh clean towels in an upstairs transit lounge - just need to show your boarding pass. A pleasant refreshment when travelling through Incheon. Also traditional entertainment displays through the day.

It's so great that the hotel has the free shuttle to/from the Incheon airport! So convenient!!! But I had an unpleasant experience staying in the room. It was a heavy smell of sewer! I was so exhausted after the flight and could not investigate the source of it it right away. Later in the morning after the rest I found the source of the sewer smell - the steam room! From my property manager's experience I know if nobody uses that room often, water evaporates from the drain pipe and it allows the sewer smell linger into the room. A very easy fix and the best solution for the hotel stuff is to run water in the steam room once in awhile to create a water plug in the drain pipe. I wanted to do it but couldn't figure out how to turn on the light in the steam room. Complicated. Another thing I didn't like.

Close to the airport and a great place for an overnight stay. Heaps of restaurants nearby and staff really helpful.

Hotel have good spacious room. Electronic controls even for toilet seat. Which is common in korea. Friendly people. Good connectivity to airport with scheduled shuttle service. No coffee table in rooms. I enjoyed my stay. There was nothing bad to pin point. Its comfortable not a resort for holiday.

Free Airport Shuttle, and the area is nice and comfortable.

It was very hot outside and when I entered the room it was open so even more hot and humid there. Everything looked old,nasty and needs repair, cleaning or replacement. The only good quality thing I found there was a sign "out of order" attached to the water dispenser. Staff don't care about you- they recommended Lotte Mart as a good place to go on Sunday when it was closed.
