"Exhusted and disappointed"

8.0

Denied my reservation, sent me to another nearby hotel because of "non working" air conditioning. Other hotel was seedy and not acceptable.

"Good for layover!"

10.0

This is a very convenient hotel for those with an overnight layover at Incheon/Seoul Airport. The shuttle service was good. The staff was friendly and spoke adequate English. Coffee shops and banks nearby. Shopping can be found if needed.

"Perfect Place For Long Layovers!"

8.0

I've stayed at this hotel twice due to long layovers travel. Once in the past and one just recently. It has a nice relaxing lobbly with sofas. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport. It's about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Everything inside the room functions with the latest high technology from the lighting to the toilet and shower and bed. Everything is touch buttons including its toilet and shower!!! Comfy beds and good quality linens. The room is spacious. There's a a free Korean buffet that came with our reservation. Food tastes ok enough to fill a hungry stomach. Hallway is dark. Friendly staff.

"Bare Bone Hotel"

2.0

This hotel was the assigned hotel from our airline for our lay over. It has the basic minimum. The shower has no curtain so if you you shower, do expect the bathroom floor to get wet. The food from the restaurant taste like cafeteria food. Overall, it served the purpose for you to be able to rest for a lay over. I gave it a one star because we were told to meet at 4:00 pm for the airport shuttle back to Incheon airport. We got a knock by housekeeping at 3:55 pm to get out of the room. I told her I still have 5 minutes. I got a call immediately to get out of the room because it's 4:00 pm. I told her I promise her to be downstairs by 4:00 pm. She told me it's 4:00 pm right now. I looked at my cell and it stated 3:56 pm. As soon as I hang up, the phone rang again, I refused to answer. We walked out of the room and got to the elevator by 3:57 pm and got to the first floor by 3:58 pm. I showed my cell to the lady who called me. I said it's 3:58 pm and she told me that's 4:00 pm. I really don't appreciate the harassment I received. It was very stressful. I don't mind if they try to remind me if I was late but I was NOT.

"Great for 1 night stay"

8.0

The Incheon Airport Hotel June is a nice place for an over-night stay on the way to another destination. The "Seoul" airport is actually in Incheon, about an hour away from Seoul. Unless you plan to go into Seoul, this is an excellent area to use for a quick nap or night. The train station is very close so makes for a inexpensive place to stay to go into Seoul. It is very basic hotel with slippers that greet you when you arrive at the room. We struggled for about 15 minutes trying to figure out the lights. It is really incredibly wired and there is a very small sitting "alcove" with a small couch in one area with a coffee table in front of it. The long table across from the bed was fascinating with a hole for sterilized cups giving off nice light that worked great as a night light. Next to it was a water container for both hot and cold water but it was out of order. Next to that is a Samsung refrigerator with 3 bottles of water nice and cold and FREE! We used one bottle right away. Next to the refrig is a computer desk with a computer and monitor and a small stool to sit on. Above is a large TV on the wall, a plug-in pot for boiling water, and a box well organized with hair spray, hair gel, shower cap, 2 types of combs, hair dryer, hand lotion, and Kleenex. Next to the long desk is a "door" with 3 hangers on it..."the closet". All-in-all, not a bad place to stay, particularly if you want a train to Seoul. The window in the room was opened slightly and the temperature was very comfortable. The floors are HEATED! The driver was quick in picking us up within 10 minutes of calling from the information desk. He crammed 10 people + driver into a van that should have held 7-8 people. It appeared that everyone just had carry-on luggage or there wouldn't be much room. It took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel, in a relatively small community. We walked outside in the morning looking for coffee but didn't stay long as it was very cold outside. The driver was on time to take us back to the airport for our onward flight. The hotel offers a "day room" for $50 US. Unfortunately we didn't think we needed one on the way back and it was full when we came through again. As it was, we stayed at a place directly across the street on the way home. I would recommend this place as a quick stop.

"Pretty disappointing - chosen by our airline."

4.0

Because of a change in schedule with our connection between Incheon and Siem Reap, our airline booked us a day room that included breakfast at the Hotel June. Our room was spacious and clean with a full and a twin sized bed so would easily accommodate three. The bathroom was well-appointed but dark. The entire room flooded when the shower was operated so that one had to wade to the toilet very carefully on the slippery tile floor. The room was baking hot but there was no thermostat that we could find to change the climate aside from opening a very small window and letting cooler air in from the outside. We were told we had complimentary water in the refrigerator but it was turned off and when opened filled the room with a fetid mildewy smell. We were glad for the water but grabbed it quickly and never opened the refrigerator again. We were given a complimentary breakfast that was actually quite awful. No real choice.Fortunately, we spent the day out exploring Seoul and only had to be in the room for a short period of time. Everything seems rather dated but clean. There is a complimentary shuttle service running every 30 minutes to Incheon which we took advantage of. I'm pretty certain we will explore other options on our next trip to or through Seoul.

"Perfect stopover flight - Great experience."

8.0

Allocated on arrival in Seoul, we spent one night in this hotel as part of airline stopover on the way to London. The whole place looked very old fashioned so, could do with a bit of an update. The service was outstanding, they looked after us so well. They were fantastic with my children. The family room was clean and spacious enough for the four of us. We went out in the evening and got a few bits from the shops, found the equivalent of McDonald and had ice-cream. In the morning we went out for a stroll and found a 'Dunkin Donuts' coffee shop, just round the corner from the hotel. A very odd and interesting place...! A big thank you to Asiana for the accommodation and transfers to and from.
