"Why?"

I got the confirmation from Hotel .com and was charged 100% for the service but at last I was sent to another hotel. It was a terrible experience !

"3 day get away"

The room was squeaky clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had a very limited menu however the waitress had the best English of any member of the staff. Was centrally located near the train station.

"Good place for the money"

"convenient location for overnight transit"

The room is clean yet there is no lock for the bathroom. It has easy access for great local food within a walking distance. May be next time our family can have more time to explore the nearby area or even venture more into the city. People there are nice eventhough we cannot speak the language.

"Long layover? Stay here!"

We had an 18 hour layover, so decided to stay here. Glad we did. Shuttle service is free. Driver was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Our deluxe twin room (one twin and one double bed) was larger than expected, clean, and secure. Bathroom with bidet and massage tub/shower was spacious and clean. No shower curtain/enclosure, but this is Asia. You get used to it. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet due to two sets of pwindow panes (one was privacy glass.) Great location: ten minutes from airport and short walk to train station if you want to go to Seoul. Room service was supposed to be from 0600 to 2200, but restaurant was "closing" at 0845, so no real choice for breakfast . Overall a very pleasant experience.

"Convenient to airport subway"

The hotel is located a short walk from Unseo subway station, so we needed only 48 minutes to get to downtown Seoul. We liked that fast food places were open late at night, for our one day stay at the hotel. We really appreciated the hotel service as they were willing to drive us to the airport on short notice, to catch our flight, which we were late for.

"Close to the airport, close to restaurants"

Booked this hotel to be able to make it for an early flight from ICN. Booked it for two reasons: 1, it has a shuttle to and fro and, 2, it had restaurants nearby. The shuttle was very useful and the food was great.
