Absolutely fantastic stay, gorgeous hotel, ultra-clean, wonderfully helpful and courteous staff, great location!!! Ask for a tour of the breakfast room to be certain you find everything available, it's wonderful as well. Can't wait to come again.
USLovely old property with modern rooms in a nice area of old buildings but within 5 mins of a subway station and some nice places to eat.
The front desk staff was especially helpful as our travel plans changed during our stay due to a flight cancellation. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the amenities included in the room. Breakfast was included although the lounge area was crowded when we dined. Front desk was able to hold our luggage to accommodate our late flight. Fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance very nearby. Charming little boutique hotel!

Lighting in room could be better Didn't tell me the blind in bedroom was broken Need more hooks in bathroom to hang clothes/towels Noisy fan with air-conditioning system so I turned it off. Only has 2 settings - auto or on. Front door keypad not well lit - had to use my phone torch light and get my glasses out at 11pm to key in the 9 digit code.

Spacious room in a well located property. Good bathroom that was not spacious but efficiently laid out. Very good video array. Small but well designed kitchen. Walkable to all Back Bay features and well situated for public transportation. Ample breakfast perhaps best consumed in your suite.
