Silavadee är nog ett av de bästa (om inte det allra bästa) hotell jag bott på! Allt var på topp och kändes så genomtänkt. Min man fyllde år under vårt vistelse och personalen hade både ordnat med rosblad på sängen och en födelsedagstårta. Varje kväll när vi kom till rummet fanns en liten överraskning i form av kaka/godisbit som låg på sängen. Det ingick både vatten och läsk vilket också fylldes på dagligen. På eftermiddagarna ordnade hotellet med after beach där man fick gratis dryck och snacks. Hotellet erbjuder shuttle service till både Lamai och Chaweng flera gånger per dag. Hela anläggningen var välstädat och personalen väldigt trevlig. Eftersom hotellet ligger på en höjd blev man skjutsad i golfbilar inom området. Vi besökte också hotellets spa och tog varsin behandling som vi båda var väldigt nöjda med. Jag är så glad att få ha besökt Silavadee och hoppas jag får möjlighet att åka tillbaka i framtiden!

Det pågick renovering av en av restaurangerna där även gymmet låg. Vi hade informerats om detta i förväg och fick kompensation för det under vår vistelse men ljudet från byggarbetet var ändå så pass högt att vi undvek att vara på stranden där det lät.

Silavadee spa resort is breath taking from the moment you walk up the entrance stairs, greeted with the most tasteful tea. The ocean front spa vila was outstanding the views nothing like we’ve ever seen before. The most comfortable beds feeling like a pillow in heaven. The resort having the best service and food available. Their staff went above and beyond with our little 2 year old daughter. She loved every staff member here. Silavadee help me plan the most beautiful proposal site on their private beach, it was stress free. And a moment I will never forget. I highly recommend any couple or family this resort. We will continue to come back to this resort. 1000/10 👌🏼

We liked the food, the staff (especially Dream) were wonderful and very accomplished. The rooftop restaurant was lovely with a great view. The spa treatment was amazing.

The lack of sun beds due to building works being carried out which we were made aware of shortly before arrival (we didn’t think it was going to affect our holiday dates until that point).

Felt up sad after booked hotel facilities not ready, and we need car pick up that hotel ask me booked 24 hrs b4, I think its hotel auto management, no need we request .

We spent 5 nights at Silavadee for part of our honeymoon. We had a villa with a pool and partial ocean view. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The staff made communication seamless; from coordinating transportation to room service and beyond the experience and service was top notch. We loved the breakfast, shuttles to/from Lamai, the phenomenal villa pool, a truly excellent spa experience and the lovely demeanor from every staff member we encountered. We hope to return again one day!
