Quality Inn Manning I-95

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! My Credit Card kept getting charged until the point I reported it lost. I will be suing this hotel for excess charges in the sum of over 1000$. I mean who takes advantage of a couple broke down on the road? ROOMS STRAIGHT OUT OF A HORROR MOVIE! Disgusting. Honestly, place should just close down. BEWARE

While this property may seem a bit "dated" it is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thanks to Amanda at the front desk and her right hand man Moses it is a place to return to. It's right off the interstate with many restaurants nearby. A great location We will return

Front desk check in was nice and customer friendly. My room was spotless. 10 out of 10

My gf and I checked in and the room had a faint musty smell which we overlooked because the room seemed nice. After we had gotten comfortable and got in bed, a roach literally fell on us. We got up so quickly that as soon as we got up, we saw even more roaches crawling from behind the bed. We went to ask for a refund and the lady (Sivonnie or however it’s spelled) just flat out said that our specific room didn’t have roaches AFTER asking us what the room number was. After I told her that a roach fell on us, she said why didn’t you say anything before? I told her that we had arrived when it was daytime and had all the lights on in the room (duhh roaches while not come out in light) and we had only found out about the roaches once one fell on our faces. She then proceeded to say that since we checked in at 4 in the afternoon and it was literally 12 am exactly that we could not get a refund. Please do NOT stay here. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff are rude, they are clearly infested & they HAVE to be aware of that (especially with how that lady acted). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. It needs to be demolished and the staff don’t ever need to work in customer service again.

Where do I start? Room key did not work. Had to get a new one. Could never get the television to work. There was a preprinted explanation of why it did not work. Looks like it had been there for months? Just fix it? It was reasonably clean but very much in need of a rehab. Bed was uncomfortable.

Motel needs a complete overhaul.

In town for the holiday and time with family. This hotel was an late option and we found out why they still had rooms available on one the biggest holidays. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Just dirty and very old/outdated. They lack customer service because the staff is not qualified to work in the industry. I know they are independently owned but Choice Hotels needs to take back this hotel back. Just terrible, poor management and ownership. This place needs to be closed down and revamped, totally overhaul. They could not pay me to stay there. Checked out early before we were able to enjoy the holiday festivities. Two thumbs down.

My room was great. I had peace and quiet and I slept good.

We liked the price, it was fair for the "cheap room". The AC did not function well and the room was soooooo humid, sleep was difficult. Also, it was confusing that I paid $85 for the room, then the bill they gave me showed $61 applied to some mastercard, which I used a Visa. AND, upon checking in they said there was a $25 pet fee. So, I can accept the $85, be we though we were going to be charged an additional $25. When we travel we need a convenient "affordable" pet friendly place off the highway. We seldom stay for the "breakfast", if one exists. The people were friendly and we felt safe. We would visit this place again, given the room were to have a functioning AC that removed humidity.
