The furniture was old and broken, the room had an unpleasant smell and worst of all there was dog feces outside my door and parking area!

"Worst Hotel Ever"

The room was a disaster. If we weren’t so tired we would have left. The only clean things were the beds. The furniture was old and damaged. The wall rack almost came of the wall and hit me. The water had a bad odor ,had to use bottled water to brush teeth. The bathroom had crude in all the corners and the door was damaged. When we went for coffee at the continental breakfast all the yogurt containers were expired. Do not stay here!

"Incredible staff honesty!!"

Room was clean, check in was easy and they accommodated us with our requested first floor so we could keep an eye on our bikes that were locked on our car. Was not luxury, but was not advertised as such. Everything was available for breakfast. Want to recognize the staff honesty, as I left my mp3 player there (not very valuable to anyone but is to me with my downloaded audios)and a follow-up call found out that they had already secured it and it was ready for me to pick up when we passed through on our return trip. That type of honesty and responsibility has not always been my experience, but is truly appreciated!!!!!

First, our check in took a very long time. The night shift receptionist did not greet us or smile. She just kept staring at her computer. When we came to the room, we found that the internet did not work. We were told it was broken. There was no body to help with breakfast. The morning recepionist did not respond when I greeted her or thanked her. We should get some of our money back for the broken internet.
