Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

It’s a great place to stay

This is the most rundown Hilton I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was grody and needed new calk and grouting. The carpet was stained and completely ripped up at our door. Candy under the bed.

Nice hotel. Convenient.

They had a beautifully set up dog park on the property that made staying there with our dog much easier than most hotels.

We had a small, informal wedding and the staff was freindly and was was above and beyond helpful! I wish I could remember everyones names but I was so busy arranging and organixing my daughters wedding.

location was close to where I wanted to be and staff was friendly

the spa tub did not hold water and the cold water in the tub did not work, the Jets on the spa tub would not turn off and the hand held shower came apart as soon as the water was turned on and the wind whistled in the window all day and night

My wife and I had 2 queen beds on 4th floor. Both had a significant concave divot in center of bed, as if an elephant had slept in the bed. We complained at check out. Desk clerk was very nice & offered a refund. Nothing happened. Had to call back 3 times, once to manager No return call. Finally spoke to the original desk clerk who offered to provide the refund. Only ‘refund’ item on credit card was a 2nd room charge, then it was reversed. Very unlikely we would stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again! Lots of other choices in Great Falls

The only thing I was not used to was not having a continental breakfast. Otherwise stay was great!

very clean and looked ‘newish’ throughout. Made to order breakfast outstanding. Great bar- great area.

well, my room was right above the trash receptacles…. rather unsightly. plenty of room on the property so make a trash area on the northwest corner..
