Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

Staff was great, remodeled room was nice. Bar & restaurant was perfect, food delicious.

The room was large and well set up. The pool and hot tub were great! We used the laundry facility and it was very clean. We liked the location as it was close to the highway and restaurants and stores. Breakfast was the only thing that was not great. We had our truck and trailer and there was plenty of room to park.

The elevator floors were dirty all 3 days I rode on the elevator. While I can appreciate a buffet breakfast, please use real pork as opposed to turkey (sausage).

Room was infested with stink bugs. Construction noise all day. Breakfast not available given limited staff. Rooms old. Couldn’t check in on arrival because computer system was down. Limited airport shuttle - they didn’t have a driver. Bottom line - older outdated hotel and understaffed. There are better options in Great Falls.

Pay attention to the reviews. Very little hot water, lamps do not work, no ice in the ice machine, wanted upgraded room to suite, but allegedly none available when there possibly 3 people in the hotel

I didn't like the banging coming from the floor above as they are renovations. I didn't like the swimming area as there was bugs and the spa didn't work and large chunks of paint coming off. The elevator was always dirty. The breakfast wasn't any good. They offered a hot breakfast but no such deal. I cold breakfast for a price and thd same every morning. I think we weren't pleased . We had no idea the place was being renovated. Was sad that after staying there a number of time we probably won't stay again
