"Pick somewhere else"

Let's start with the front desk saying they were too busy to check us in at 4 (per policy) and said we had to wait until 5. Got to the room, found a toilet full of toilet paper and who knows what. White residue on the electrical strips. The housekeeper also tried being cute with the toilet paper roll and in the process of trying to solidify their decoration used an unknown fluid to lock that decoration in. If you think I'm about to wipe with your unknown fluid you've lost your damn mind. Disgusting.

"Pleasant nights sleep with an overall comfortable stay despite the price"

Bed was comfy and clean. Staff was friendly. Lobby was beautiful and put door patio was nice at night around the fire. Had a good night's sleep. Water pressure was great in the shower. Quiet night is always nice and expected. Reading lights 9n the headboard and nightlight in bathroom we're nice touches.

Dirty room. Loose food on ground and abnormal orange smudge in shower. Paid for a room that had a jetted bathtub but room only had shower. Ice machine on our floor was inoperable. Phone and TV are outdated. Was hoping to have phone mirroring capabilities on TV. Almost $200 for a room but still have to pay for breakfast

The Breakfast was ABOVE and beyond. Priced very reasonable. We were very pleased with the quality and freshness of the fruit. A+ presentation of the total food bar. The server, I wish I would of noticed her name, was ABOVE and beyond. Good Job!!!

The hot tub was down when I check in and no one told me until I dressed to go down. We stayed because of the hot tub due to the tournament we were in. Then breakfast never happened the next morning due to staffing which we needed also because of the tournament we were in. We ended up having to go out and get breakfast on a short time crunch. Not happy with my stay at all.
