"Okay -- but will not return until Fox News is available on room television there!"

Didn't eat breakfast but did appreciate the coffee bar!

We arrived on the day of the Artemis ll landing and had hoped to watch it on the RV in our toom on Fox News Channel, our preferred news network, but it was not available -- black screen!!! We were very disappointed and wondered why that channel was blacked out????

"one night's stay"

this was our first time back in about a year ... checked into the same room as previous and had the exact same issue // hot water lacking in shower as well as electricity problem ... can't plug in hair dryer except in the bathroom .. called maintenance / they came up // language barrier ...he pointed to use hair dryer in bathroom .. that doesn't work with me. We ended up having to move to a different room to the other side of the hotel. everything worked there .. wish that the shower had better pressure but the water was hot ... pillows were extremely too soft. Yesterday's staff was awesome .. .when checking out this morning it was a huge problem. As a HH Diamond Member, I get $10/per day + extra person (totalling $20) for F&B .. due to the overpricing of breakfast, we decided to just get snacks ... The front desk lady got argumentive with me saying that this was just for "In-House" guests. We had not checked out yet .. not sure what her problem was, but 'cause of her, we will search for other Hilton properies to do a stay-vacation. We would thought after being away for a year, that the electricity and hot water issue would have been resolved on one side of the hotel. The high numbers are the numbers you don't want to stay in.
