The hotel was wonderful. We’re especially grateful for the hospitality of Ms. Ethel Jackson, Front Desk Supervisor. She made us feel truly appreciated. Hopefully, Ms. Jackson will be there when we visit the hotel again someday.

"Not a Bad Houston Stay."

Glad they had streaming services as other Hilton Garden Inn did not. Staff friendly and welcoming. Access to attractions and restaurants. Beds and pillows to soft. Had to run shower for ten minutes before getting hot water. Temperature in room inconsistent. No fan in the bathroom. No mats for inside shower as it was very slippery. Older female guest with dog did not clean up after her dog even though poop bags were available. It was not a service animal.
