The worst service ever I was supposed to get my rooms by 1 pm and now it’s 4.45 pm and I still haven’t got my room yet only the kids room is ready also the room smells horrible

We keep returning here because it is very kids friendly. Special thanks to the wonderful Salma in the kids club. She is truly exceptional with children—kind, patient, and full of positive energy. From the moment we arrived, she made my kids feel comfortable, safe, and excited to participate in all the activities. Salma goes above and beyond to engage each child, making sure everyone feels included and happy. Her warmth and genuine care really stand out, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing my children were in such good hands. The kids absolutely adored her and kept asking to go back just to spend more time with her! She is a real asset to the hotel, and we’re so grateful for the amazing experience she created for our family. Highly recommended—thank you, Salma!
