"Hip hotel in het centrum van Leuven met een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt."

Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen waardoor je alles te voet kunt bereiken. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, vers en lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Soms wel moeilijk in te schatten in welke taal je best met hen communiceert. Alles was zeer netjes.

The staff is really really nice, easygoing and very helpful The lobby is beautiful

Beds are very hard, there is a bed pad in plastic and the sheets of the beds are not in cotton. The carpet is very thin and not nice. this is the kind you might find in an office or a public administration, not very beautiful but very strong. Honestly, it is really disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. It is rather a very good 2 stars or average 3 stars
