Loved the staff they were amazing, food was great, rooms were lovely had everything you needed with plenty of coffee etc and were very comfortable including making the sofa bed up for my son.

The only slightly downfall was the main bathrooms on ground floor were quite dirty i had to take my 3 year old up to the room to use our one as i wouldnt sit him on the dirty toilet but thats not the end of the world.

"I found the stay pleasant in general with friendly staff ,good food and facilities."

Excellent Breakfast and Dinner, no complaints. Well equipped Gym and nice pool with friendly staff. Great location with bus stop located just outside hotel and a short ride into the city and not far from supermarket. Great aircon in room making stay very comfortable.

Cashless Bar which I found frustrating as I have not encountered that before and I noticed other guests also found frustrating .The hairdryer in room was hard to use as you had to keep button pressed . Also no safe in the room.

De ligging is ideaal je kunt alles goed bereiken met de bus die voor bij het hotel stopt.

Hotel is erg verouderd ,bepaakde zaken lzitten niet vast. Het personeel is vrij stug , niet echt vriendelijk. We hadden onze vlucht gemist en kregen voir de eerste dag een no show kosten , terwel ze voor de overige dagen al geen rekening meer mee hadden gehouden dat we zouden komen. Dit terwel ik ze nog gebeld hadden en telefonisch hadden ze aangeven geen no show te gaan claimen.
