dirty, AC broken in most rooms, pool not working, cigarette burns on sheets are just a few examples.

Please do not stay here. It is old and not updated. They had an overdose and we called the police all in the same day. The pool is closed and they are not updating the hotel because they're building another one. Rethink your stay here!!

Room was clean and nice. I was close to exit so convenient.

I'm not sure I'd stay here again. The room was clean. The hotel could probably used some updating. The place was huge. I didn't like that you can't enter from the outside at just any entrance. There are like 4 of them. You can only get access from the one you are near. It was a bit confusing. The breakfast buffet was okay. It was free. Many other places are not doing that anymore. It wasn't a bad place to stay. It just wasn't great. I stayed here mainly because I was towing a small trailer and needed a sufficient parking spot. They do have a good sized lot in the back. That worked out well. The staff upon check-in were courteous and worked as a great team. Impressive!

toilet did not flush and seat was too low and room keys did not work several times

I understand why the pool was closed due to new CITY ORDINANCES ( i shouldve been informed of that fact ) ... tje reason we chose this Hotel was because of the pool ... The room phone and microwave didnt work ... otherwise i still want to go back for COMICON coming soon .... hopefully it with be better

The stuff wasn’t helpful,I can’t find the room and 3 times I came to stuff and nobody help to find room, stuff just said go left and go upstairs we don’t have elevator.

The property is very outdated and needs to be updated. There were few amenities and barely any where to plug in electronics. The lighting was also very poor. It was also dark and dingy.
