No elevator (should have mentioned that). Pool not working but someone said it didn’t work for a long time

Staff was great.

Lost power in our handicapped room. We were moved to another room where the toilet didn't work, the sink leaked, and the beds were terrible. Not an accessable room so showering wasn't an option.

Great location, hotel is decades old/many critical areashas not been updated for decades Most rooms with refrigerator & microwave are serious fire code violations Fire marshall brought in/ solution was to replace 20+ year old ilegal strip with a newer one If you book through any online booking agent=DON'T you will be placed on 2nd floor/no elvator by order of owner Randy Cohen If you are handicapped you can be placed in room 200 yards from front desk/up to 150 yard walk to your car One ice machine only on 1st floor that has no tray & users must hold anything next to dispenser spreading their germs as ice sprays onto floor. Solution..a towel sits 24/7 to prevent slips & falls The purpose of Clarion is to support OTB in the bar /licensed owned by Susan Cohen=Randy's daughter & the sports betting offered by Caesar's The swimming pool has been closed for years & will not be fixed ever according to Ty..the front end "queen" who says she lives in fear of micromanaging Richard cohen Often in the OTB bars..patrons near drunk..driving home illegally. Last week, one went to frnt desk and asked Lauren to kiss me..then asked me..he said he drank 10 alcoholic drinks. Bartender swore only 3. Breakfast is great..but the hotel is not safe from drunken patrons..fire code & safety violations & the staff is always clueless/unable to switch rooms and plays dumb when a handicapped person requests an available 1st floor room The inn is now being investigated by authorities

To begin with this was obviously a different kind of business that was turned into a hotel. There is no clear front door to be found. Once we found the front desk, we were given keys and then given a room at the very end of the longest hallway that- I kid you not- took 10 minutes to walk to. Got there and of course the room key did not work. Walked all the way back to the front desk and she told me repeatedly that the key was good and that I tried the wrong door. I walked all the way back, tried three different doors around me and the key didn't work on any of them. I walk all the way back to the service desk where a gentleman- who never identified himself- tries to argue with me that maybe I'm tired and don't know how to work an ELECTRONIC TAP KEY. Finally get into the room, it's ok, but smells very musty and old. I lay down and a few minutes later, baby cockroaches are walking across my pillow. Cannot give this place enough thumbs down, and cannot believe it's a Clarion.

Easy access to the room. No heat because the boiler was shut down for summer.

The most amazing staff and absolutely best hotel for families!! The pools were amazing and clean, the toddler/baby area was perfect. Great hotel!

Nice breakfast. Good selection. Excellent coffee.

Slow to refill items that had run out.

Noisy AC, although a lot of rooms were available but they gave me the room at the end of the hotel where roof was leaking in the hall way. No Lift in the hotel as well as no hair dryer in room. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Didn’t end up staying, had bud bugs, and roaches.
