"This was our 3rd visit, the first two were very enjoyable which is why we booked for a third, sadly."

Close, food at the restaurant was good

Room had NONE of the amenities it advertised. No fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, no safe! The room smelled musty, and no matter what setting you put it at, the heater/ ac unit only blew out warm air making it way too warm.

I liked the fact that it was back in and somewhat away from the road so you could walk around outside and be fine

The workers were beyond rude the placed smelt disgusting and it wasn’t the cleanest and if you need something handicap assessable don’t go here

The customer service from check-in to check-out was AMAZING!! The food & service at the bar areas (Longshots) was the BEST Ceasar’s Sports Betting area is very nice! Large TV’s, great seating area & tempting lucky gaming machines at your service!!

Payed for microwave and refrigerator room didn't have it. Also couldn't find the remote in looking found and unbelievable amount of trash underneath the beds. Totally gross!!!! I've stayed i. This hotel about 12 times a year for 5 years and it is totally going down hill. Pool has n9t been open for 2 years now
