The shower didn't work

Breakfast and location was fine, facility and room was clean

Reception not there for check in, had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to show up, sign was posted that they were away, saw the sign and nobody there several times. Room did not heat, were offered another room if the thermostat didn't cooperate after turning it up more, was told old boiler system. Very old thermostat, never heard any air blowing out of vent. Blanket way too thin and bed mattresses old and sunk in middle. Ants on night stand and in shower

Breakfast foods were good a nice variety to choose from entree, fresh fruits, milk, juices, teas, coffee etc. waffles were a hit!

The room being near an exit at end of hallway and view of a parking lot.

Has a great breakfast. The new gambling area is nice. The indoor pool was closed but, looked cool. They just need to update the rooms and hallways. The room was clean but the maids only come every 3 days. Kinda weird. Never stayed in a motel where they did not come every day. Pretty good place for the money but far from 4 stars.

We got two rooms for our stay, connecting. The carpets were super dirty. Smelled liked they were never cleaned. Brown stains on the ceiling of one room. Shower didn’t work in one of the rooms. And when we entered the room, it was hot. We told front desk he came and adjusted. Didn’t help. We asked for fans. They didn’t have. They gave us the options of moving the rooms at 10pm when we were checking out the next day. Gave us the excuse of you’re near the pool so it’s heated so it’s probably that. Never once they tried to accommodate us. I had A toddler and baby with us. Absolutely horrified of the conditions of the hotel. Will never stay again. Wasted my $.

Gave me a wrong room and the staff in the morning was super nasty

No heat boiler shut down and staff did not know and would not compensate me
