"Amazing service at Holiday Inn"

This was my third visit to the same hotel over the last 10 years, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations. In fact, the service standards here are truly above a 5-star rating — far better than many well-known hotels like Novotel and others I have stayed at. What impresses me the most is that the service just keeps getting better and better with every visit. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every detail was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality make this hotel stand out in every possible way. The rooms were immaculate, the dining experience was excellent, and every team member I interacted with delivered service with a smile and a positive attitude. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such high standards consistently over so many years. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay.
