From the initial discussions and negotiations to the successful completion of the event, every aspect was thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. The entire team ensured that everything went smoothly, making our experience truly memorable and hassle-free. A special mention to Gautham, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite being on leave, he remained continuously connected, proactively following up on every requirement, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring all arrangements were perfectly in place from start to finish. His commitment and dedication were truly commendable. We would also like to appreciate Bijoy for his excellent coordination on 6th May and Vinay for his exceptional support on 7th May. Vinay, in particular, was extremely polite, humble, and accommodating, always ready to assist with every request and ensuring we had a pleasant experience throughout. Chef Mr. Radhey also deserves special appreciation for his attentiveness and proactive approach. Whenever there were concerns at the breakfast counter, he personally stepped in to resolve them and consistently checked with guests to ensure everything was satisfactory. A big thank you as well to Samarth from the bar counter for his helpful support during the event. We would also like to acknowledge Gavin and Gautham for extending excellent support during the commercial discussions and negotiations. Their cooperation, flexibility, and efforts in ensuring everything was perfectly arranged were highly appreciated. Lastly, special thanks to Nirmal, the Duty Manager, for his professionalism, politeness, and efficient handling of the final billing process. Overall, every team member played their part exceptionally well and contributed towards making our event successful and stress-free. We truly appreciate the hospitality, dedication, and warmth extended to us throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your property and look forward to visiting again in the near future.
