Property is beautiful. However, I got robbed at the SPA!! Do not leave your items inside the locker room. They will open your bag and take your money. Never going back!

Reserved this property strictly for the gluten free dining options. The rest was a wonderful surprise! The hiking and waterfalls were amazing. The hot springs and mud bath were a relaxing treat. We paid extra for the zip line and river tubing which was the highlight of our trip. Staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend! Just wish there were some nighttime activities or entertainment.

Nice hotel, with great access to activities. Staff was friendly. The spa was lovely. They give you a piece of paper at check in for towels, and if you lose the paper they charge you $25. Very annoying and feels a bit like a scam.
