Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are very welcoming and the area is beautiful.

If you want a nice quiet relaxing vacation this is it. The place is a little rustic but you barely spend any time in your room. The hiking trails are amazing. The hot springs and water falls are to die for. Remember you will be staying in the mountains so bugs and wild life are everywhere. I would definitely make a stay here again!!!! Breakfast which is included was amazing everyday.

Excelente location and beautiful areas

We loved the fact that we had access to the whole waterfalls hikes and hot springs. We loved the breakfast. Dinner was ok didn’t like the fact that you had to reserve. We ate at the bar a couple of times, but choices were limited. We didn’t want to venture to town at night. I loved the birds and nature all around us. We would have preferred more privacy between our cabins. We couldn’t really sit out in the front or the back without seeing our neighbors come and go. But those were minor details, we really enjoyed this beautiful heaven on earth.

Everything we wanted to do was conveniently at and around hotel. A trip to remember.

Front desk very un professional and rude. It's was a terrible stay I did not got room upgrade cause it's was hotel was full. I had extra a guess I had to pay for other room across building. Would I stay again no would I recommend to some else no. It's all about the Money. Expedia should not have this hotel top rate it. That was my ipionon and and experience.
