"Clean pool is not heated"

The property was clean and well maintained. Customers service was great when needed something they were happy to help.

The pool was not heated kinda cold indoor pool sun canโ€™t help heat it that was one of the main reason for booking here. But with that said I will book again when coming to Reno.

Usually this is a great stay. We ended up having to throw away the groceries we had bought due to malfunctioning refrigerator that would not keep food cold. Staff acted indifferent when issue was brought up. This cost us a lot of money in food that we had to toss into the garbage. Very unfortunate given that this is an expensive place to stay. We stay here most often when in Reno, but have now started looking at other properties.

Nice quiet area, tucked away from the main areas. But close to the airport and downtown. Right in between Carson City, Reno, and Virginia City.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast service. Good location.

The desk young woman with whom I completed my checking was not really welcoming or friendly; just correct. I appreciate a friendly staff as much as I appreciate a comfortable stay. Customers keep businesses running.
