Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Free 24-hour airport shuttle service is available to all guests. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only. Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204. Pickup locations: - Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal) - International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.
